"I was very pleased with the coaching I received. The coaching helped me deal with work related stress, acceptance of a promotion, and development of a job description and management strategies to support that position. It also helped me make a decision about going back to school in a new field I plan to pursue in three or four years. I appreciate Theresa’s excellent listening, synthesizing, organizing, and focusing skills. She helped me make the best use of our time during our coaching ." - Client in San Jose, CA

GOALS: BUSINESS & CAREER CHANGES
Swift Resolve Coaching
Businesses use coaches in a variety of ways. Most companies provide a
coach to partner with their executive leaders. As a result, their top
leaders are more successful at work and happier in their life as a whole.
A coach is used to reward top talent. Coaches are also used to support
project teams, company initiatives, and project managers. A coach is
also used to develop promising employees in the areas of skills
development.
Is Coaching Right for You &/or Your Company?
Swift Resolve Coaching suggests assessing three key areas prior to hiring a
coach. The first is an assessment of the benefits of coaching, and the
second is a check of your personal effectiveness and balance in the
workplace. The third is the competency of the coach
