A coach is used to reward top talent.  Coaches are also used to support
project teams, company initiatives, and project managers.  A coach is
also used to develop promising employees in the areas of skills
development.

Flexible Structure
Coaching frequency and length of appointment depend on your desires.
Factors to consider: goals, deadlines, travel, schedules

Coaching or consulting appointments are on a weekly basis, 2-3 times per
month.  Typically they run 1/2 hour, but some clients set up to 2
hours/session.

Swift Resolve Coaching Keeps Things Simple
  1. Determine the primary focus for coaching (team or individuals). For
instance, coaching may be focused on learning specific skills,
development, specific business targets, or leadership competencies.
Coaching may be about specific barriers or concerns.
  2. Design a 'working alliance' with the specific people identified for
coaching.  Theresa coaches to each client’s agenda.
  3. Coach for agreed-upon time.
  4. Check progress at milestones.
