Training Approach
A customized learning cycle for adults is used. This involves hearing/seeing
a new concept, thinking about it, doing/’trying on’ a new behavior, and
reflecting afterwards/making adjustments.
Typical Learning Structure (flexible and adjustable):

Typical Learning Structure (flexible and adjustable):
- Monthly training sessions with each team.
- Practice assignments designed to strengthen the individual’s skill
proficiency as well as team values - Follow-up coaching appointments with each member of the team.
Typically 2 times per month, 1/2 hour. Appointments are used as
follow-up for the skills taught (deepen learning, provide accountability
for practice assignments), and to work on other key development
areas and/or business objectives - Review objectives and check progress at milestones
Training Topics for Teams
Training topics are unique to each team's needs. They are determined by
the director along with Swift Resolve Coaching. Coaching skills will be
selected based on key core values/competencies, and on the direction,
goals and needs of the group. Examples include:
